GUMOTEX is a purely Czech company with a wide production portfolio and more than seventy years of tradition in the field of coated textile products, which imposes on us a commitment to high quality, durability and reliability of products. The general public is most often familiar with the portfolio of inflatable boats with a worldwide reputation, regularly winning prizes on international markets. In addition to this group of products, which are clearly the flagship, other traditional categories are also represented in the product portfolio - for example, equipment for integrated rescue forces, humanitarian purposes or environmental damage control.
Today GUMOTEX is also represented by production of parts for the automotive sector, the Automotive division maintains the tradition of PUR foam production, the production of sun shades has been added, and last but not least the production and processing of EPP (expanded polypropylene) granulate. Not only the management of GUMOTEX Group knows that living on tradition is definitely not enough in today's world, but also the shareholders follow this idea. That is why in 2023, after an investment of almost 100 million Czech crowns, a development centre was put into operation. Here GUMOTEX wants to accelerate the introduction of new products into life and to offer the possibility of using small-scale lines to external companies, both in the form of technology rental or full development capacity, also with additional services such as preparation of raw materials, formulation, analytical assessment of the functional properties of the product, expert consulting.
